Google sitemap: Google site map will navigate the crawlers/spiders from Google to find their way through the site, so instead of searching through thousands of pages they will go to Google sitemap and they will see all the links or all the pages of the site on one page, so they will know in seconds if they should stay or they should go from your site.
Links, Links, Links: Let's put it like this, the more references your website will have on the Internet the higher your website will rank on the search engines.
Example: Let's say you're Google and you're looking for private money Loan, you start your search and during your search you meet Joe, and he tells you about "Express Private lending", you keep walking and then you meed Laura and she tells you about "Express Private Lending", where will you go?
